We thoroughly enjoy the events we arrange for the School community, thank you to everyone who helps out and supports the events.

Scarecrow Hunt - Sep 2017
 
 
Despite a rainy start many people turned out to hunt for the villages scarecrows.  And the sun came back out just in time for everyone to enjoy a barbeque and cakes at the Crown Inn. This event raised £494.25
Party in the Playground - July 2017
 
We had fun and games in the playground whilst being entertained by local singers and bands.  This event raised £1429.40

Cider Tasting & Fish Supper Social – May 2017

An adults only event, where our Vice Chair Governor, Ben Bowers, shared his excellent knowledge of Cider in a tasting & quiz evening. We held the event at Stones Fish & Chip Restaurant, the tasting and quiz was followed by a Fish & Chip Supper. This was a sell out event and raised £415!

Easter Egg competition – April 2017

Our annual Easter Egg decorating competition was a great success again this year. FAN Club also arranged and funded an Easter Egg Hunt for the children. 

Mother’s Day Gift Shop – March 2017

Children visited the Mother’s Day gift shop which was set up at School. They bought gifts for mum, granny and carers. This is a great independent shopping experience for the younger children.  We raised £89.

 Valentines Disco – February 2017

We held discos for KS1 and KS2. The children were given hot dogs, sweets and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We raised £76.

Christmas Fair – December 2016

The Christmas Fair included a range of stalls, refreshments and the traditional tombola. We had some new games too, including knocking Santa down the chimney! We raised £436.

 Fashion Show – November 2016

Ladies fashion show evening with refreshments. We raised £262.

Scarecrow Hunt – September 2016

A record year for the Scarecrow hunt with over 40 scarecrows around the village.  The committed hunters walked 2 miles to see them all!  A fantastic family and community day, we raised £494.
