Grand Opening of the Sensory Room - 'The Bubble'

On Thursday 22nd February we held a Grand Opening for our new Sensory Room - ‘The Bubble’, which was opened by Ray Adamson, England RFU Tourist.

The event was a really lovely way to celebrate this new facility and thank the Wooden Spoon charity who gave us a £9000 grant towards the development of the room.

Lots of families joined us in tea and cakes (which were kindly provided by our many talented parent bakers – thank you!), and a raffle.  After the ribbon was cut everyone was invited to have a look in The Bubble and see it in action.

We would like to say how grateful we are to Wooden Spoon, and also to everyone, including FAN Club, who has donated time or money to lots of our fundraising activities.  Without this support we would not have been able to create this very valuable facility, which will benefit all the children for years to come.
